Freedom In Our Thinking
Nov 01, 2025As I was praying through these next editions of the newsletter, I felt inspired to start a series on FREEDOM. Freedom is one of my personal values and hallmarks; I deeply desire that we all live in freedom and peace in our daily lives. The majority of my work and purpose is dedicated to services, healings, courses and much more, all to help encompass freedom in our thinking, emotions, our spirituality, physically, financially, relationally, and in our work and life’s purpose.
Let’s start with the concept of freedom in our THINKING:
- How much time do you spend each day doing some actual thinking?
- How many of the thoughts that roll through your head on a daily basis are actually your own original thoughts? Are they leftover from your childhood, your life experiences, etc?
- How well are your current thoughts serving you in living a life of freedom you desire?
- Does your thinking consistently align with your personal values?
- Are you making judgements or are you actually thinking?
Take some time to really think about these questions and journal around them. You’ll be surprised at how many times we fail to have hardly any of our own original thoughts throughout a day.
Most of our thought life comes from what we learned from our parents, our teachers, influencers, religious institutions, the media, our workplaces, and our own learned experiences. We operate on our subconscious autopilot, for better or worse, on a daily basis. This doesn’t mean these are good or bad, but that it is on autopilot! Don’t judge yourself, but DO become an observer of your own thoughts.
When was the last time you actually questioned yourself about your own beliefs, choices, conscious thoughts, and behaviors?
Are these thoughts helping you steadily move toward a better life that you desire?
Was your last conscious thought on politics, God, or money an original thought of your own or one you agreed with from the media or a friend or an old parental conditioning?
It takes real energy to form your own thoughts and beliefs that sustain a life of freedom. It means that you can no longer operate on autopilot and you must reclaim your own free will and agency back from where you so freely delegated it to someone else. It takes work, and frankly, most people don’t want to work that much or truly examine their values. Reclaiming your own free will means that you need to “wake up” to your life and that sometimes means confronting really difficult things in our lives. However, it is WORTH it to take back your own free will and thinking. You CAN change for the better and our thought life is one of the foundational principles in making a new, more productive life.
One of the best things that has helped me over the years to reclaim this in my own life has been the Emotion/Body/Belief Code. Releasing old emotional wounds, flawed thinking, and toxic subconscious beliefs & patterns I had picked up has brought incredible new levels of freedom to my life on every level. This has allowed me to pursue my best life in ways that I have never expected. Why not consider booking a session with me this month? Or, if you are just curious on how it works, reach out and let’s have a conversation.
