What is REAL?

Do you regularly take stock of how you are feeling mentally and emotionally? Do you gauge it against what is normal for you or against what others think you should do, or the standard or goal that you have for yourself?

I am not a psychologist or professional counselor, but it seems these days that for all the attention on mental and emotional health, we aren’t really making much tangible progress in helping people live their best lives. Fear, poverty, victimhood, chaos and “fakeness” seem to be promoted everywhere you turn and are shaking people to their core. Suicide and overdoses are still claiming far too many precious lives.

In this day and age many people are finally questioning “What is REAL!?!”

We need to know what is real, timeless, sustaining, prosperous and expansive, and of a higher mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical consciousness. Here are my tips for finding and connecting with what is REAL in order to increase your joy, vitality, and love on all levels:

  1.         A connection to the Divine- take time daily to connect with God, ask Him for His help, guidance, blessing, protection, and healing. The more time you spend with God, the more you will begin to see and adopt what is truly life giving, joyful, peaceful, wise, and grounding. Ask Him for wisdom and discernment to be able to SEE what is true and real all around you.
  2.         Create something in the physical realm – our lives used to be filled with the tangible creation of things- cooking meals, doing physical work, gardens, books, in person meetings, events and conversations. The age of computers has been a blessing in its own way, but so many people now do their work on a computer where they may never experience physical working on a project such as building a garden or home. We need to have the physical experience of creating something! Plant a garden, read an actual physical book, cook a new recipe, paint a picture, or bake some cookies to take to your next door neighbor that perhaps you haven’t talked to in person in months. Creation forces us to be in the present moment and that is truly all we ever have! You will find your personal satisfaction with life will increase dramatically with the more you physically create and participate in.
  3.         Getting an Emotion/Body/Belief Code session- instead of taking years in talk therapy or staying frustrated and suppressed, why not get an Emotion Code session with me? We clear the negative trapped emotions in you from past experiences that you haven’t processed but that are having a direct effect on you now. It’s simple, effective and you do not need to re-live the old experiences for it to work.  It helps bring harmony and peace back into your mind, body, and soul. I’ve been helping people all over the world with this method for over 10 years and it WORKS!
  4.         LOVE and FORGIVENESS and GRATITUDE- Love is the highest energetic frequency and vibration in our world. Start with yourself- what do you need to let go of, forgive, and free yourself from? Let yourself receive and give more love to both yourself, the ones you love, and the world around us. “Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails…” I Cor 1:1-8. Scripture is full of practical ways to love and be loved. Be loving towards yourself and others. Practice Gratitude and Forgiveness- they work!
  5.         Use Wisdom and Discernment- do you have a timeless set of beliefs, values or structure through which to filter your thinking and perceptions through? Remember, YOUR perception IS YOUR reality and as Dr. Joe Dispenza says “your personal reality becomes your personality”. How are you using your own THINKING? Are you even doing your own thinking? Or are you just parroting back what you hear promoted, advertised, or on social media or old family patterns? Do you spend any intentional, physical time daily to just think and pray through things? Who profits from your fear, chaos, illness, and frustration? If not, consider establishing a daily practice of doing your own thinking. Check it against timeless wisdom, such as the Scriptures, the Natural/Universal Laws, and time-tested principles.

As we enter into these first few months of 2026,, focus on what is REAL and let that bless your mind, body, and soul. May it bring you new levels of peace, joy, prosperity, and freedom!
