Client Responsibility
You are fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, choices, and results during and after any engagement with Pure Light Leadership.
Any action you take based on coaching conversations, sessions, programs, website content, or communications is your responsibility alone. Pure Light Leadership, Karen Smith, and any representatives of the Company are not responsible for your personal, emotional, physical, financial, relational, or life outcomes.
You agree to use your own judgment and seek appropriate professional guidance when needed.

If recordings are made, they may be used for client replay access, course delivery, internal note-taking, program support, and quality improvement. Recordings will only be used for marketing purposes with your specific, separate written permission.
Karen Smith may use AI transcription or note-taking tools during or after sessions when this has been disclosed to you as part of the coaching relationship.

Testimonials and User Content
By voluntarily submitting a testimonial, review, or other content, you grant Pure Light Leadership a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, and display such content for marketing and business purposes, in accordance with any testimonial release you have signed or approved.
You may request that your testimonial be used anonymously, by first name only, or not at all. Karen Smith will not publicly share your name, private story, or identifying information for marketing purposes without your permission.
