FREEDOM in Your Finances
Jan 01, 2026I started this series on FREEDOM in November 2025 with Part 1 on freedom in our THINKING. Freedom is one of my personal values and hallmarks; I deeply desire that we all live in freedom and peace in our daily lives. The majority of my work and purpose is dedicated to services, healings, courses and much more, all to help encompass freedom in our thinking, emotions, our spirituality, physically, financially, relationally, and in our work and life’s purpose.
This month I’ll be digging deeper in freedom in our FINANCES. For many people, the start of a new year brings new perspectives, goals, and a renewed desire to make sustainable shifts in their lives. Money and Finances are huge areas of stress, worry, time, and frustration for most people. Many are trading time for money and still always feeling behind the invisible mark that we seem to be chasing. Others look to the government to solve their problems with money, which just enslaves us further. We are constantly driven by the need for safety and security or the need to provide it for someone else. That’s not living in freedom; that’s being driven by scarcity and fear. Yes, we need money in this physical world and work brings great satisfaction to our lives in a way that nothing else can. But the majority of people do not live with a sense of ease, calm, and “plenty”.
As an energy healer, financial coach, and executive business coach, I work with clients who have varying levels of wealth and satisfaction in their lives. You can be earning a million dollars a year and still be drowning in debt and living paycheck to paycheck because of your underlying beliefs and fears about the role of money or the need to feel safe emotionally, physically, mentally, or spiritually in some way.
I hope to give you a different perspective and way of thinking about money and finances this month. You may already be in a good, disciplined financial situation or you may just be getting ready to tackle your overwhelming debt for the first time. You might work in corporate America or help run your family’s business. These principles will work regardless of what country you live in, where you work, your current financial state, political parties, the economy, etc. I truly hope you’ll give yourself permission to do the work and gain more FREEDOM in your life around money and finances.
Ways to increase FREEDOM in your FINANCES:
- What do you THINK about money? What conscious thoughts do you have about wealth and finances? That is a blessing? Sinful? Hard to get? Someone else controls the “game”?
- Write down all the things you think about money- who you think controls it, whether it helps or hurts you, what the church says about it, what God says about it, how the rich or poor view it, and whether you personally think you have enough or can win in this area.
- Be willing to be completely honest with your answers- there is no judgement from me! If you don’t really know what you think about money, you won't know where to start on shifting things towards FREEDOM for yourself
- Which of your beliefs actually serve or help you?
- How do you FEEL about money? Love it? Dread it? Does it excite you or do you feel anxious and fearful about it, even when you technically have enough?
- What does how you spend your time say to you about your perspective on money?
